Payment

Payment

When purchasing an artwork click "add to cart" and then you can follow the check-out service by clicking the cart on the top right of the page. Payment is due immediately by debit or credit card and you will be taken step-by-step. Each client can follow our simple check-out process to make payment and enter your delivery address, by specifying your country, a flat fee will be added depending on your location. After payment has been made, you will be sent a proof of payment and we will get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.

Shipping

Once payment has been received we will despatch your artwork as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number and notification from the shipper notifying you of a delivery date.
Please get in touch if you'd like to change your delivery address after you've placed the order (e.g. to an office address where someone is there to sign).

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping country. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers.

For high-value, large or delicate works of art, we will calculate shipping on a case-by-case basis. You will purchase the artwork (without shipping rates), and then we will be in touch by email to send you shipping options. If you would like to enquire about shipping costs before purchasing the artwork, please email with the details of the artwork and your shipping address.

Collections

Collections

Please note that UK clients are also able to collect their artwork from us for a flat fee (which covers packaging and an admin fee). You can simply click "collect artwork" at check-out and then please get in touch to arrange a time (please specify an exact day and time to collect as not all artworks are not stored on-site). Please bring a proof of purchase with you to release the artwork. Please note that we need 48 hours notice to have your work ready for collection.

Tax

For those who export items outside of the EU, Import duties may apply upon entry of the artwork into your own country. All import duties are an additional cost. Partnership Editions does not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.

VAT Registered Companies and Trade

If you are a VAT-registered company or Trade buyer, we recommend that you make the most of our Trade Programme which will allow you to reclaim VAT on your purchases. Please note that we are not able to raise VAT invoices for artworks bought online. If you have any Trade enquiries, please contact us above.

Returns

Returns

You have 14 days upon receipt to return your artwork for a full refund. The artwork should ideally be sent back in its original packaging and with a trusted, tracked service such as DHL to avoid any damage or loss in transit. Once the artwork has been received back and condition checked we can refund you for the artwork (please note that shipping costs will not be refunded). Return shipping costs are carried by the buyer.

Please email us with a reason for your return and we will give you instructions for where to return your artwork. We would also be happy to suggest an alternative artwork for your space.
