When purchasing an artwork click "add to cart" and then you can follow the check-out service by clicking the cart on the top right of the page. Payment is due immediately by debit or credit card and you will be taken step-by step. Each client can follow our simple check-out process to make payment and enter your delivery address, by specifying your Country, a flat fee will be added depending on your location. After payment has been made, you will be sent a proof of payment and we will get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.
Please note that all prices listed on the website are for unframed works of art, unless otherwise specified.
For works on paper, shipping and packaging within the UK is an added flat fee of £12 and is sent via a tracked and signed for service via DPD.
Once payment has been received, shipping within the UK will take up to two weeks. We dispatch artworks every Tuesday and will be in contact to let you know when the work will be delivered.
You must be home to receive your delivery as a signature is required. If you'd like to change your delivery address after you've placed the order (e.g. to an office address where someone is there to sign), then please email email@example.com
Artworks purchased by overseas buyers can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on their final destination. Shipping is an additional cost for overseas buyers and will be automatically calculated once you enter your shipping Country in the checkout process. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers.

Please note that London-based clients are also able to collect their artwork from us for a flat fee of £2 (which covers packaging and an admin fee). You can simply click "collect artwork" at check-out and then please e-mail us to arrange a time (please specify an exact day and time to collect as artworks are not stored on-site).

Where possible, we will try to flat pack your artwork to prevent curling. If your artwork is large, or if it is deemed safe to roll it, we will do so to protect it during transit.
If your artwork is received in a tube, we recommend removing it from the tube as soon as possible (ideally be a framer), to prevent curling.
If you have purchased a pastel or charcoal work of art, please take the artwork straight to a framer before removing from its cellophane sleeve, to prevent smudging (as although the works have been fixed, some residue dust may still come off of the artwork.
All artworks are accompanied by certificates of authenticity.
For those who export items outside of the EU, Import duties may apply upon entry of the artwork into your own country. All import duties are an additional cost. Partnership Editions does not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.
VAT Registered Companies and Trade
If you are a VAT registered company or Trade buyer, please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as we will send you an invoice with a VAT breakdown.
Once you have received your artwork, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund if you are not happy with it. Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. If your work has been damaged during transit then please contact us via the contact page and we will help get to the bottom of it with you.
Please be aware that Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift cards need to be used within one order, and cannot be split across multiple purchase sessions. We are not able to refund Gift Cards or to offer part-returns if you do not use the full value of your card.
Partnership Editions is fully committed to respecting your privacy and will not share your details with any third parties. If you are on our mailing list, we will be in touch when a new artwork becomes available, but if at any time you would prefer not to receive these updates you can always remove yourself from our list by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of our newsletters.
Editions are works of art from which an artist produces multiple copies of the same design. All editions on the platform are exclusive to Partnership Editions and are not sold on any other platform. Each edition is limited to the number specified on the artwork and in the cataloguing text. For example, if an artwork is listed as 1/30, it is the first edition from a series of thirty of the same design. Once an edition has sold out, an artist will never re-issue more artworks with the same design.
Unique Artworks (Originals)
As well as Editions, we also offer unique artworks which are one of a kind. These may include works on canvas, drawings or hand painted prints. If a work of art is unique it will be specified in the description and it will be priced to reflect it's comparative rarity. All unique works of art displayed on the platform will still fall within our price bracket of £50 - £5,000.
We also offer an art consulting service for those wishing to source original works of art from artists seen on our platform. Simply get in touch with your budget and requirements and we will help you source a work of art tailored to your needs.
All artworks sold on Partnership Editions are currently unframed, unless specified otherwise. We currently do not offer an in-house framing service, however, we would be happy to suggest external framers at varied price-points.
If you would like us to send your artwork straight to a framer instead of to you, then opt for 'Collect' at check-out and then e-mail us to let us know that you would like the work framed and we would be happy to assist. Please note that additional shipping costs to the framer may still apply, but we may invoice you separately for this.
