We operate a drop-ship model, meaning most artworks ship directly from the artist's studio. If you purchase pieces from different artists, they may arrive separately. Please check the product descriptions for specific lead times and potential import duties, as some artworks ship from abroad.

All orders are sent via a tracked and signed-for service, arriving within two weeks unless stated otherwise on the product page. If you have a specific deadline, get in touch and we will do our best to meet it. Please note that standard shipping is uninsured, and we are not responsible for transit damage or loss. To upgrade to an insured shipment, contact us before or right after purchase for a custom quote.
We offer collection from our London studio for a £4 admin fee (only where specified). Standard UK shipping is £15 for unframed artworks, and £25 for large, fragile, or framed pieces. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number directly from the courier to manage or reschedule your delivery via SMS or email. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to reroute it.
International deliveries can take up to four weeks. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility, billed by the courier, and apply if you or the artist (noted on product pages) are located across borders. For context, UK import fees are approximately 5%. If an item is returned due to unpaid duties, the buyer is responsible for all subsequent reshipping costs.
For small and unframed artworks, shipping is £65 to Europe, Switzerland, and the USA, and £70 for the rest of the world. For large, fragile, or framed artworks, a flat rate of £90 applies to all international destinations.
High-value or fragile artworks require custom shipping (this will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages), which will be excluded from your total at checkout. Our team will contact you post-purchase to arrange the service and billing separately. If you would prefer a quote before buying, please get in touch with the artwork details and your shipping address.
Because many pieces ship directly from artists' studios, collection is only available for select artworks and can be chosen at checkout for a £4 fee. If your item qualifies, please contact us to schedule your pickup time at least two working days in advance.

While we flat-pack artwork whenever possible, any pieces received in tubes should be unpacked promptly, preferably by your framer, to minimise paper curling. Additionally, to avoid smudging residue dust, delicate pastel or charcoal works should remain in their protective sleeves until they are with your framer.
