Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receipt to return an artwork for a full refund of the artwork price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

To start a return, email us first for instructions and the return address. Artworks must be packed securely—ideally in its original packaging—and returned via a tracked courier (like DHL) at the buyer's expense. Refunds are processed once the artwork safely arrives and passes a condition check.
