Alina Welch is an artist born and raised in Southern California. She is a mostly self-taught painter with an interest in balance and nature. Her work explores the beauty of the natural world as seen through the lens of the interior landscape. 

Alina's paintings are composed of natural tones derived from earth pigment, water soluble oil and acrylic paint. The thin raw canvas and linen she chooses to employ are washed and dried to achieve a soft woven feel, then stained with an oil wash before adding subject matter.

Alina Welch's artistic journey began with a need to express deep feelings as a child. She later studied visual art at California State University, Fullerton and took 3 years of highly intensified personal study where she developed her unique approach to painting. Her ongoing goal is to connect with a wider audience through her paintings, inviting them to experience the softness and simplicity she has found to be so grounding.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging; return shipping is at your expense (tracked/signed service recommended). If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us via our contact page.
