Casey Moore is a British-New Zealander photographer based between London and Melbourne. Born in Invercargill and raised in Switzerland and the UK, his global upbringing informs an artistic practice that explores the natural world, intricate patterns, and universal connectivity. Since initiating his distinct botanical series in 2018, Moore has traveled the world capturing infinite, ephemeral moments in time.

His unique analogue compositions layer overflowing exposures of flowers, flora, and historical artifacts, creating complex botanical landscapes with a vibrant life of their own. Through a highly trained eye, he beautifully balances these dense, rich arrangements against the inherently delicate nature of his subjects, rendering them on a powerful, painterly canvas.

"I feel that childlike fascination every time I look through my camera. By making my prints as large as possible, I want to reconnect with that child in me that saw wonder everywhere. Through enlarging and bringing to life the world up close, I can see that everything at one level or another, is linked."
