Kara Rose Marshall is an English mixed-media artist whose distinct practice blends texturally rich watercolor paintings with bold, hand-tufted rugs. Drawing heavy inspiration from 1970s pop culture and nostalgic Western themes, her work features fluid shapes and warm, earthy tones reminiscent of the American desert frontier. She seamlessly translates iconic cowboys, desert flora, and dynamic rodeo imagery into highly stylized compositions that play with tactile dimensions and movement.

As the creative founder of Tuftluck Studio, Kara has carved out a unique niche in the contemporary craft world by bridging the gap between functional textile design and fine art painting.
